✨ July Highlights
July was an eventful month for the SAUPS, despite it being festival time (Eid al-Adha), and we spent 50% of the days on vacation. Amidst the festivities, we continued with our activities and achieved significant milestones.
➡️ Published our first newsletter:
In July 1st, we proudly published our first newsletter, marking the beginning of a new era for our club. This newsletter serves as a platform to keep our members informed and inspired.
➡️ Eid Adda:
To celebrate the Eid festivities, we organized an engaging "Eid Adda" with our esteemed seniors in an online gathering. It was a delightful opportunity to connect and share our love for photography.
➡️ YouTube channel monetization:
We're excited to announce that on 19th July, our YouTube channel became monetized, a testament to our growing reach and engagement. With a focus on SEO strategies, our channel amassed an impressive 182K views in the last month alone.
➡️ Committee Meeting:
Despite the challenges of the semester final exams, we managed to hold a productive meeting with our executive committee. During this meeting, numerous important decisions were made to propel our club forward.
➡️ Photowalk:
Wrapping up the month, we organized an enriching photowalk at the serene Shah Jalal Dargah. This event provided our members with a unique opportunity to capture stunning shots and embrace the beauty of our surroundings.
As we progress, we're determined to complete the tasks from the previous newsletter and further enrich our photography experiences. Stay tuned for more exciting updates and engaging events in the upcoming months!

While our activities may slow down a bit due to the semester final exams, we have an exciting lineup of events planned for September. Join us for a month filled with creativity, learning, and fun!

In this month of mourning, we will join the program organized by our university to honor our National Day.

▶️ Use Gridlines to Balance Your Shot:
Turn on your phone's camera gridlines to improve your photos. These lines are based on the "rule of thirds," dividing your image into nine parts. When you place points of interest on these intersections or lines, your photo will look more balanced and engaging.
▶️ Adjust Exposure Manually:
Tap your screen to adjust the exposure manually. This controls how much light enters the camera. Swipe your finger up or down on the small sun icon to get the perfect lighting for your photo.
